The Knickebein Truffle from Sawade is a fine Berlin praline specialty that combines two exquisite liqueur fillings. Enveloped in fine dark chocolate with at least 60% cocoa content, it hides a liquid core of homemade advocaat and fruity cherry liqueur fondant. This special combination creates a harmonious interplay of creamy, mild liqueur and fruity, sweet cherry flavor. The hollow sphere of the truffle is traditionally spun by hand in the manufactory and then carefully filled.
