For two decades, we have passionately curated small Christmas sweets for the "Bunten Teller" (colorful plate of treats) in the historic Old Town of Hameln. Classic Marzipan & Pralines
Niederegger brings classic lucky charms to the table with its lucky pig, marzipan cloverleaf, and marzipan star. Sawade and Heilemann complement these with small praline balls in varieties such as nut nougat, fine marzipan, or caramel nougat, some with and some without alcohol.

The "Bunte Teller" (Colorful Plate) is a German Christmas tradition that is still maintained today, especially in rural regions. Originally, it was prepared individually for each family member on Christmas Eve and, in addition to sweets, often contained nuts, fruit, and small gifts. Today, the Bunte Teller primarily represents the colorful variety of small treats that are enjoyed together over the holidays, with each family having its own unique assortment.
