The Marzipan/Nougat Roll from Confiserie Rabbel is also known as the "Tecklenburg Roll" and is one of the region's most famous specialties. Developed by master confectioner Norbert Rabbel, it still stands for the highest craftsmanship today. Inside is fine hazelnut nougat made from high-quality Turkish hazelnuts, covered in delicate marzipan made from noble raw almond paste. It is finished with a coating of Belgian dark chocolate with a high cocoa content, which gives the roll its elegant touch.

Do you also have a retail store?
Yes, you can find our main store at Bäckerstraße 2 in Hameln, right in the heart of the Pied Piper City. Here you can experience our confectionery world in person and choose from our entire range directly on-site. Online orders can also be picked up here.
