How are the detailed chocolate figures made?

Chocolate figures, such as our beer bottles or the motorcycle, are created using the elaborate hollow-body casting process: Liquid chocolate is poured into a precise silicone or plastic mold, evenly distributed, and hardened. Subsequently, the two mold halves are glued together by hand and refined with delicate details such as labels, color accents, or embossments. The more detailed the design, the more manual work goes into each individual figure.
