We ship via DHL by the next business day (Mon-Fri) at the latest. Your order usually arrives within 1-4 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays are often shipped the same day.
How long are the products good for?
You can find the best-before date on every product package. When stored in a cool and dry place, our products generally last for several months. Specific storage instructions can be found in the "Storage" section of the respective product.
Do you also have a retail store?
Yes, you can find our main store at Bäckerstraße 2 in Hameln, right in the heart of the Pied Piper City. Here you can experience our confectionery world in person and choose from our entire range directly on-site. Online orders can also be picked up here.

Should a product arrive damaged despite our careful packaging, simply contact us with a photo at info@dreyer-confiserie.de. Together we will find a quick solution; usually, we send a replacement or refund the purchase price.
