Sawade's Nut Nougat Sphere is an exquisite praline creation made from 60% dark chocolate, filled with the finest hazelnut nougat. Only the best hazelnuts are used for the nougat, first finely ground and then gently roasted. The hollow bodies are traditionally spun by hand in the Berlin manufactory, an elaborate craft that makes each praline unique.

Yes, you can find our main store at Bäckerstraße 2 in Hameln, right in the heart of the Pied Piper City. Here you can experience our confectionery world in person and choose from our entire range directly on-site. Online orders can also be picked up here.
